Well they are still one of my favourite and you can make them to go together with not another sock monkey baby hat free pattern.
Today, I ‘m really want to add another cute crochet monkey in your amigurumi doll collection. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve told myself that I have to share him on the blog but my life is getting caught up with the mommy duty lately which is a very happy duty! Lol.
Ok, let go back to this monkey.
Let’s me introduce you, meet Nicky monkey crochet amigurumi free pattern. super easy for beginner. He made with worsted weight yarn and obviously very very adorable! He love skateboard and gummy bear!
Ready to make him?
Finish Size
-Approximately 5 inch tall
-Size of Nicky may varies depend on size of yarn and crochet hook
Materials
To make you will need
- Acrylic yarn or Worsted weight in this pattern, I normally used 8 ply
- Plastic eyes with safety backing 7.5mm (you can find it at any craft shop)
- Polyester Fiber fill for stuffing
- Sewing yarn needle and embroidery
- Ribbon or button
- Crochet hook size1.25mm and craft glue
Skill and abbreviations
You will need to know how to make a magic ring or adjustable ring
-Single crochet (sc)
-Crochet increase (inc) which mean-make 2 single crochet in same stitch
-Crochet decrease (dec) which mean-Crochet 2 stitches together
-Stitch (st)
* = Repeat stitches from * to end of *
-Chain (ch)

You will work from top to bottom
Round1. Make magic ring and 7sc in ring (7)
Round2. 2sc in each st around (14)
Round3. *Sc in next st, 2sc in next st* and repeat from * around (21)
Round4. *Sc in next 2 st,2sc in next st* and repeat from * around (28)
Round5. *Sc in next 3 st,2sc in next st* and repeat from * around (35)
Round6-13. Sc in each st around (35)
Round14. *sc in each of next 3 st,dec 1* and repeat from * around (28)
Round15. *sc in each of next 2 st,dec 1* and repeat from * around (21)

Arm
Make 2 pieces

Ears (brown)
Make 2 piece

Hat (brown)
You will work from top to bottom

Legs (green)
Make 2 pieces
Round1. Make magic ring and 6sc in ring (6)
Round2. 2sc in each st and around (12)
Round3-10. sc in each st around (12)
Then finish of and stuffing polyester just a little.
Body
Body we make by stitch 2 leg together
Body we start to count round 1 from stitch 2 leg together
Round1. sc in each st around 2 leg and (24) green
Round2. sc in each st around (24) green
Round3. *Sc in next 3 st, 2sc in next st* and repeat from * around ( 30) green
Round4-5. sc in each st around (30) green
Round6. *sc in each of next 2 st,dec 1* and repeat from * around then have last 2 st left
make sc in each of that st (23 ) green

And stuffing polyester firmly.
Skate board (orange)
Make 2 pieces start with chain 14 (14)
Round1. Sc in next 13 st from hook and around (26)
Round2. *Sc in next st, 2sc in next st* and repeat from * around (39)
Round3. sc in each st around (39) and finish of leave long tail for sewing.
We make a skate board by sew 2 pieces together then add button on. You can sew button or use craft glue.
Finishing
Sew nose to the face and hat to the head then ears to the head.
Then attach body to the head and arms.
