Let’s get start!

– I used Lion brand 24/7 cotton yarn weight 4 aran. I use around 700-800 yard.

– 4 mm crochet hook

Sewing yarn needle

-stitch marker

Gauge: 3 double crochet stitch x 3 row  = 1 inch

Skill and abbreviations

You will need to know how to make (American crochet term)

-dc which mean double crochet

-sc which mean single crochet

-sctg which mean single crochet together= single crochet decrease

-dc increase which mean make 2dc in the same stitch

-ch Chain

-slip knot

This pattern is made for beginners!  There is a basic skill level required to make.

Finished Size Approximately: S-3XL easy to adjust

This top is made in size  small. the other sizes are easy to adjust by  just add more chain to make it wider . see pattern detail below for bigger size. For me the model wearing this piece, I am 4’9 feet tall.

Measurement.

front panel.

-21 inches long

-15 inches wide

We will make this  one shoulder top from top to bottom.

Start  with one shoulder by Pick up crochet hook size 4  mm and Start of by making a slip knot Then make 16 chains ( All size )  (foundation chain in even number)

blue, Row1: make 1dc in the next chain from hook and across until the end of the row, ch2 turn.

white, Row2. now you will work 1dc  in each stitch across until end of the row in the last st make 2dc . ch2 turn.

blue, Row3. now you will work 2dc  in first stitch then 1dc in each stitch across until end of the row. ch2 turn.

blue, Row4. now you will work 1dc  in each stitch across until end of the row in the last st make 2dc . ch2 turn.

white, Row5. now you will work 2dc  in first stitch then 1dc in each stitch across until end of the row. ch2 turn.

blue, Row6. now you will work 1dc  in each stitch across until end of the row in the last st make 2dc . ch2 turn.

blue, Row7. now you will work 2dc  in first stitch then 1dc in each stitch across until end of the row. ch2 turn.

white, Row8. now you will work 1dc  in each stitch across until end of the row in the last st make 2dc . ch2 turn.

blue, Row9. now you will work 2dc  in first stitch then 1dc in each stitch across until end of the row. ch2 turn.

blue, Row10. now you will work 1dc  in each stitch across until end of the row in the last st make 2dc . ch2 turn.

white, Row11. now you will work 2dc  in first stitch then 1dc in each stitch across until end of the row. ch2 turn.

On this row we will start to make a body of the top.

blue, Row12. now you will work 1dc  in each stitch across until end of the row in the last st make 2dc , then ch30 ( size small) turn.

ch38 ( size medium) turn.

ch46 ( size large) turn.

ch54 ( size XL) turn.

ch64 ( size 2XL) turn.

ch70 ( size 3XL) turn.

or you can add more chain to increase your size that will fit you bust.

 

blue, Row13: make 1dc in the next chain from hook and in each st across until the end of the row, ch2 turn.

 

white, Row14: make 1dc in the next chain from hook and across until the end of the row, ch2 turn.

Row 15 and beyond ,….Repeat row 14 and switch up color until  you get 21 inch long. or your desired length and fasten off.

And repeat the same for the back panel.

Assembly.

Lay 2 pieces in flatted on top of each other and sewing using your favorite method.

Now it time to try it on to see if it fit you.

If it a bit loose on this area, when we sc on the edge we will do sc decrease in some stitch.

Then sc around the edge for 3 round to make it pretty.

Incase if it a bit loose on this area we will make sc decrease on the edge in each round.

Make pretty bow.

With 4 mm hook start with 18 chains or if you want to make bigger bow add 10 more like 26, 28, 34, 38 or in even number.

blue, Row1: make 1dc in the next chain from hook and across until the end of the row, ch2 turn.

Blue, Row2. now you will work 1dc  in each stitch across until end of the row. ch2 turn.

Blue, Row3. now you will work 1dc  in each stitch across until end of the row. ch2 turn.

white, Row4. now you will work 1dc  in each stitch across until end of the row. ch2 turn.

Row5 and beyond .. repeat row2-4 until you got 38 inches long or your desired length.

 Assemble the bow follow along the photo.

After you finished the bow then attached them to the shoulder top by sewing.
