Start a foundation chain.
Pick up a crochet hook size 4.0 mm and Start off by making a slip knot.
Then make 15 chains to create the stem of the leaf or a length of 4 inches long.
1st branch of the leaf: start with sc,hdc,sc then chain 2 skip1 st,sc in the next.
Chain 3 pull up a loop and set aside. Count from the top of the leaf to the 4th st join the loop on the 4th st by ch1, then make 1hdc and 3sc all in the same space to finished the branch. Then connect the branch and the stem by skip1 st and sc in next.
2nd branch of the leaf: begin with chain5 pull up a loop and set a side. Now, from the previous branch start to count on the 4th stitch, then join the loop with ch1. Make 1hdc,2dc in the chain space and 1hdc follow by 3sc to complete the branch. Now connect the branch and the stem by skip1 st and sc in next.
3rd branch of the leaf: begin with chain6 pull up a loop and set a side. Now from the previous branch start to count on the 4 th stitch then join the loop with ch1. Make 1hdc,5dc in the chain space and 1hdc follow by 3sc to complete the branch. Now connect the branch and the stem by skip1 st and sc in next.
4th branch of the leaf: begin with chain8 pull up a loop and set a side. Now, from the previous branch start to count on the 5th stitch, then join the loop with ch1. Make 1hdc,6dc in the chain space and 1hdc follow by 3sc to complete the branch. Now connect the branch and the stem by skip1 st and sc in next.
5th branch of the leaf: begin with chain8 pull up a loop and set a side. Now, from the previous branch start to count on the 6th stitch, then join the loop with ch1.
