chicken or duck crochet applique free pattern

They are easy and fun to make and can be used in so many different ways from decorate your hat, clothes, broochs!

Supplies:
 
yarn
crochet hook 3.5 mm. or andy that you have on hand.
black felt for the eyes and craft glue

Let’s start!

Round1.
Make magic ring or adjustable ring and 6sc in ring (6 sts)
 
Round2.
2sc in each st around (12 sts)
 
Round3.
*Sc in next st, 2sc in next st*, repeat from * around (18 sts)

 
then chain 6 turn (make hdc,hdc in the same stitch and next stitch make dc,dc in the same stitch), next dc, next dc and dc in the same stitch, next hdc and sl st in the same stitch and finish off.
 
We are almost done use red colour for mouth make sc and next stitch make dc and finish off.
